The Look

When I first laid eyes on that beautiful campaign dresser I fell in love. I will probably never get to own this beauty, but I knew that I wanted to style it anyway!  I wanted to create a space that reflected the nautical vibe of the campaign dresser without being over the top and nautically nauseating (alliteration for the win). I stuck to a color palette of navy, green and chrome, with a few splashes of gold thrown in the mix to accent the hardware on the dresser.

The Details

I added a fun white bamboo mirror and ginger jar for a subtle chinoiserie style touch! I have a broad style, but lately I really have been loving preppy piping, toile, ginger jars, and bamboo! This bedroom makes me want to light some candles at sunset and throw the giant french doors open (that clearly this fantasy bedroom has) and let the evening breeze in. Crisp sheets, night air, and a beautiful room. Sounds like heaven to me!
